This doesn't sound good at all, and could be caused by various things. I think you should get your bunn checked out by a veterinarian who knows rabbits well. I've got lists of reputed rabbit-savvy vets that I've collected -

Hello
THE VET. Go to an ER vet now, or call one . Even Vets that are closed at night have call services for emergencies.
I would not WAIT... dont do it.

Bunnies are susceptible to various illnesses, and unless keenly watched by the time the bunny has stopped eating, it may be too late. Bunnies need to be observed for signs of hair blocks (eating much less, wanting only treats, droppings getting very small), or signs of bacterial infections (runny eyes, nose, increased sneezing, wheezing), and even more serious immediate problems such as bladder stones (straining, bloody urine, crying while in litter box). The last is the most serious and usually requires immediate surgery.
I hopes its nothing serious... but I ca not tell you Urgent this is!!
If you are not an adult ,,, get your parents up now and get to a VET... it is important enough to wake them up on a Sat am early!
Good luck , and I hope he/she is ok!

Usually when this happens it is already too late for the little fellow, I'm sorry. A good vet may be able to help, but when I have found at least two of my bunnies in that condition, they have usually died within the hour (sadly it takes me an hour just to get to town). It usually happens to the smaller ones when the weather changes sharply.

I absolutely agree with everyone else here. Rabbits are very good at hiding illnesses until they become so serious that they are life-threatening. This is definitely indicated given that your bunny won't eat or drink. Drinking is vital as rabbits become dehydrated in a matter of hours. Get your bunny to a rabbit-savvy vet ASAP!!

I feel sorry for you,i think you should take the rabbit to a vet
By the way tell you jokes, and it goes:
>How I was born<
A little boy goes to his father and asks, "Daddy, will you tell me
how I was born?"
-The father debates answering, but finally says: "Well, I guess one day you will need to know anyway."
"Your Mom and I first got together in a chat room on Yahoo. I set up a date via e-mail and we met at a cybercafe.
-We sneaked into a secluded room, where your mother agreed to a download from my hard drive. "But when I was ready to upload and she was ready to download, we discovered that neither one of us had used a firewall and it was too late to hit the delete or escape button.
-"So nine months later a blessed little pop-up appeared that read, 'You've Got Male!"
One more joke:
A guy calls his vet and says "What should I do with my cat?Vet says "What do you mean? Guy says "I had a leak in my lawnmowers gas tank and the cat drank the gas. Then the cat began to run around and around the yard, climbed a tree. then fell out of the tree stiff. Vet says "Is the cat dead? Guy replies "nope he ran out of gas.
I hope you will take this answer as a best answer

You have no choice but to go to the vet. Anytime a rabbit doesn't eat its considered an emergency.
