if a kid is to a goat, or a pony to a horse what then is a baby snake called?

Hear Snakey snakey snakey! No but seriously baby snakes are called neonates or hatchlings. Then come juveniles sub adults and finally adults.

a horse is actually called a foal at birth a colt is a boy foal a filly a girl a pony is not a horse it is under the measurement of 14.2 hands high (ibelieve thats correct) which gives it a different classification.

I use a bugle, but since they're deaf, nobody comes. I call them newborns. You really can't call them hatchlings since many snakes are live born, not hatched from eggs.
