Assure him of how much you love him and respect him for the man he is and you want nothing more than to see him happy.

I would suggest something on the same level of what others already have and that being taking him to the bedroom and trying something new but the problem with that is it could become a game to him “I’m down and out ok lets go to the bedroom”. I think you know what I mean its not to say that it would but men sometimes have a one track mind when it comes to sex.

Diet and excersise. Simple answer and the only good one. He should eat little to no red meat, lots of veggies and fruits, get about a gallon of fluids per day, including coffee ect. He should be getting at least one 45 minute episode of exercise per day. Could be a walk, it's the 45 minute part that's important, not the intensity.

Depends on what he's down about. Try talking to him and get to the route of his problems together. If he doesnt want to talk then go out with your girl friends have a good time and come home and tell him all about it, this might make him see what he's missing out on.

Laughter is the best medicine- take him to a comedy club, they are full of relationship type jokes that may be able to help him see the lighter side of life- you can also drink...and when you get home..who knows what might happen!

2 things every relationship needs

1. communication

2. honesty

go talk honestly to him and show him you love and care about him. Then if you are not the person who can help him, find the one who IS! Let them talk to him and hope that sorts it for you..other than that it's counselling time!

luck :-)

Treat yourself to some really sexy undies and shag his brains out; that might put the smile back, and if it doesnt, youve both had a good screw anyway!!
