what is the best method to remove them..i'm not fat but i'm starting to..that's why i'mtrying to prevent it..please don't answer liposuction..surgery..gyms..cause i'm still 13..thanks in advance!

There are several ways to do this.

Eating:

1. Don't eat immediately before or after exercise as this is counterproductive.Leave it at least half an hour either way.
2. Don't eat for at least 2 hours before you goto bed otherwise alot of your food you just ate will turn straight to fat.

Exercise:

1. Any short trips that would take you 5 minutes in the car, walk them.
2. Crunch Sit-ups - This is where you get into the sit up position, lift up but don't return fully to the floor, instead levetating your body about 6 inches (about 15cms) off the floor, and then repeat. Try to do 20 of these everyday.
3. Stomach hold - Breath your stomach in and hold it for upto 1 hour a day. Just make sure you breathe normally while doing this.

If you're 13, you can expect belly fat to reduce with a good quality food intake and regular exercise. If you're overeating, too many calories in compared to calories burned, you won't lose the belly fat. If you're a boy, your hormones will kick in soon and help turn your body into a muscular one if you eat appropriately and exercise appropriately. If you're a girl, you shouldn't have a visible six pack during normal activity, but you shouldn't have muffin tops either (of course if you choose the wrong size pants that will be inevitable). Good luck and don't judge yourself by media stereotypes!

some people are more prone to put on weight in certain areas like you mine is my stomach also (im not overweight) i take cider vinegar tablets with dandelion and arthichoke extracts available from any health food shop to reduce the bloating. i avoid refined carbs like white bread and rice and opt for the brown variety i also do sit ups every other day about 30 and this is what i found works best

try sauna belt ............just joking any ways do anulom vilom as seen in aastha channel by ramdev baba and do kapalvatti this really helps a lot i too had the same problem but i tried this and got the result also i tried was dieting that is eat lots and lots of salad and drink as much of water u can and try not to aet rice potatoes and all the things related to that

cute clothes, cute shoes, and a cute hair style to go with, sweetie you are young dont worry about that yet, not too much any way, if youre busy being yourself and making the best of what you got it will do one or two things stay or go thats if its meant to be, does really fat people run in the familiy, look around if not dont worry.

more vegies. try salad without a dressing.
at least 50 seat-ups a day.
no meat just fish. try white meat fish.
avoid frequent pork or beef meals.
and avoid fast food.
30% vegie 30%fish 30%rice 10%oils
remember the balanced diet.
avoid being lazy or sit in front of the t.v. all day.
it's effective for me. i loose 2in for a month.
slow but effective.
