Yes. But, he has to agree to it. If he doesn't, you will have a long court battle on your hands. These days, you can have one parent as the residency parent and the other as the school district parent.

Yes you can, if your children are living with you. Parental Responsilbility isn't anything to worry about I know no father that knows exactly what that means and it has nothing to do with residency.
