Soho was a pop-music trio from England, consisting of sisters Jacqueline (Jackie) Cuff and Pauline Cuff, with Timothy London.
The group is known for their 1990 hit song "Hippychick" (composed by Timothy Brinkhurst), which was a Top 20 chart hit in the US and a Top 10 hit in the UK. The song was built around a sample from The Smiths' recording "How Soon Is Now?".
Most recently, they performed a cover version of the Icicle Works hit "Birds Fly (Whisper to a Scream)" for the soundtrack of the movie Scream.

if you mean the early 90's techno that samples the Smiths at the beginning, it was a studio team-up calling themselves SOHO.
