How do I charge the geothermal water lines for my gt heating system? Hoses have collapsed.?

I have the needle and water pressure dials tools needed, just don't know how to perform this task. Are there valves that need to be off,on? I have CommandAire system that is 15 years old. Hoses have collapsed but the water mixture still gets through, just slower. My installer charges $65 for a housecall. I want to avoid paying $65 each time the system gets a little air in it, causing hoses to collapse.

Bite the bullet the first time, have them come and do it, and watch everything they do so you will know how to do it the next time.
