Dear shalu
Please take a deep breath and calm yourself down. Ask your sister also to do the same, because of peace of mind is essential in such times. Do not panic.
Most probably your sister is going to deliver a premature baby as (in layman's language) the bag that houses the baby has ruptured. Doctors are probably waiting for a normal delivery to take place, which generally is the outcome in such situations. In case your sister does not have labour pains they will have to be induced failing which a cesarean is the only choice.
Keep patience. God willing everything is going to be just fine.
May God bless you and your sister.

Sounds like her water broke, but she is not in labor yet. The doctors are hoping she will start contractions on her own, but if she does not, they will give her a drug to start labor. Once the water breaks, the baby has to come. Seven months is not too early..baby will be fine..dont worry.
