got to www.msn.co.uk
click on messenger
and download the latest verson you will not have to change your email it remains the same at login :)

updating msn doesn't require a change of email address so no problems.

just download the latest msn from www.msn.com and you're address will stay the same.
one word of warning tho' there has been a lot of problems of late on the msn network.

Do a search for 'windows live messenger' and download it , has some useful features like being able to chat without signing in.

Upgrading is just that, upgrading what you already have.
A new account requires a new email addy.
