i was also really lookin forward to that as i thought the first one was ace but it was also pretty bad and the ending was dead corny..dont think if they make another one it woll be the same with that girl being the psycho?

Yes, I was rather disappointed. The only way that such films succeed is to up the ante on the first one. And it just didn't quite manage it. More ingenious methods of inflicting grisly death, more twists, a believable reason for the events (rather than an obviously contrived plot just so you can make a sequel) and an increase in bloody realism. If they don't pull this off you just end up with a feeling of the same old stuff, with the onset of boredom for a third outing.

I thought it was great. The whole idea of the movie was expanded in the second one. I definately can't wait to see the 3rd one, of course as much as I love the series, I really hope it ends with number 3. Just have a bad feeling that they will ruin a great series if they make any more sequels.

I thought it was a great film as you knew that there would be some great twists in it so you try and work them out before they are revealed!
Can't wait for the 3rd one!
The key to a great horror film, I think, is a film that could actually happen! This could! A film about aliens and monsters just doesn't do it for me!

i thought it was better than the first one and i didn't see the twist coming but it was still a disappointment - but then i think most modern "horrors are".
i expected it being really scary when it started with that guy having to cut his eye but it wasn't very good at all.
Is it just me who thinks they dont make horror films like they used to?

I saw it the other day and thought it was just as good if not better than the first one. The old bloke isn't dead yet.

The first one was an absolute crap film, how they managed to pass that one off. Predictable isn't the word for it...boring
