NO! I worked as a civilian election board clerk from 1984 to 1994. I worked as the civilian election board chairman from 1996 to 2000. Back in the 80s, we had to have 3 civilian workers secure and sign for each ballot transfer case while it was transported to the counting house. Everything was signed and sealed in triplicate! In 2000, no one seemed to be in charge of sealing the ballot transfer case, and when I inquired about why not, I was told that it wasn't necessary any longer because the real votes were in the electronic cassette and would be downloaded at the counting house for the election to be finalized. The electronic cassette and its paperwork were transported to the counting house by regular county employees in an UNSEALED case. That's when I quit. As a Christian, I could no longer be a part of any official government function that looked so open to fraud and smelled so rotten of theft!

G-Bear, do you really think Electoral Colleges have anything to do with all local voting booths for local, state, and federal elections? There's about to be an election for representatives in the House. Do you really think an Electoral College has anything to do with that? Sometimes it helps to both READ and UNDERSTAND the question. But that requires thinking, right?
