Try Spybot Search and Destroy 1.4. You could download @ http://www.filehippo.com/download_spybot_search_destroy/
Spybot - Search & Destroy can detect and remove spyware of different kinds from your computer. Spyware is a relatively new kind of threat that common anti-virus applications do not yet cover. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you didn't intentionally install, if your browser crashes, or if you browser start page has changed without your knowing, you most probably have spyware. But even if you don't see anything, you may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging that is silently tracking your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile of you that will be sold to advertisement companies. Spybot-S&D is free, so there's no harm in trying to see if something snooped into your computer, too :)
and
SpywareBlaster 3.5.1 @ http://www.filehippo.com/download_spybot_search_destroy/.
Spyware, adware, browser hijackers, and dialers are some of the fastest-growing threats on the Internet today. By simply browsing to a web page, you could find your computer to be the brand-new host of one of these unwanted fiends!
The most important step you can take is to secure your system. And SpywareBlaster is the most powerful protection program available.
* Prevent the installation of ActiveX-based spyware, adware, browser hijackers, dialers, and other potentially unwanted software.
* Block spyware/tracking cookies in Internet Explorer and Mozilla/Firefox.
* Restrict the actions of potentially unwanted sites in Internet Explorer.
SpywareBlaster can help keep your system spyware-free and secure, without interfering with the "good side" of the web. And unlike other programs, SpywareBlaster does not have to remain running in the background.
It is both FREE softwares!

Open Ad-Aware.
On the first page click Open Quarantine List. You'll find it just above Check for Updates Now.
Click on each listed item then delete it.

Ad Aware DOES remove them if you want it to. It quarantines them in case its made a mistake & selected something you want to keep.
Just read the Help file & act accordingly.
PS - Download Spybot S & D as well

Out of all of the programs that I've tried, I must say the best is Webroot's product, Spysweeper. It's not free, but it's worth it.
