Wears some comfortable clothes like blue jeans majority. The guys dont have to dress up but the lady automatically has to dress up? Why is that?

I disagree. The problem is that most guys and gals don't follow "dress attire". I see plenty of girls wearing denim miniskirts - and I hardly call that dress attire. At the same time, I see guys wearing no collared shirts - again not dress attire. We've taken casual dress to an extreme in the U.S. - so what you are seeing is the fallout.

Because women don't like to be the only one dressed less casually then the others. They like to make a good impression and dress nice, whereas men just don't care :)

guys sooo should not wear jeans but dress pants it is sooo unfair, if anything guys should have to dress up more.
