I love all kinds of music. I used to listen to music with ear phones. They were really good ear phones, and I made my own tapes, now CD's, but just laying there listening, make me at peace. Does it bring out the endorphines for you?

Yes It has been proved scientifically that music can bring out the endorphins and stimulates our dopamine as well..

Music can help cure some conditions and improve others as depression...

Some people even charge you money to make you feel better by playing music for you, they tend to say they know what kind of music or sounds are better for you according to your condition its called music therapy

I listen to music that match my mood at the time, but when I listen to Steve Carlson I always feel relaxed. Though I have to send off for albums as he's not very popular at the moment. I like that sort of acoustic rock/country. :-)

I guess my age is showing when I say I can't hardly tolerate today's music. Give me the big band music of the 40's: Artie Shaw, Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Harry James and the like.
