well i need more details..but still i can try....according to me it means that there is someone or something that is trying to absob ur positive energy or enthusiasum but it depends on the distance of the spider frm u (in the dream ),n the condition of the spider(i.e. whether it was in the web) that whether they will b able to do so or not....
