Sure you can and it is very simple actually:
I am a prime example. I am female and if I were to get pregnant, I would not even consider an abortion.
Yet at the same time, I give any woman that right to choose..

Pro-lifers are anti-abortion-with very little wiggle room. Some agree there are situations where termination may be (medically) necessary. Abortion should never be used as a convenient method of birth control for people engaging in irresponsible behavior.

Of course. most are.
I think abortion is not an acceptable method of birth control. On the other hand it is not up to me to tell a woman she has to carry an unwanted pregnancy in her body.
Particularly in cases of rape.

You can respect other people's right to choose while knowing it's something you wouldn't do yourself, yes. That's what we call, a decent, intelligent person, as apposed to the 'abortion is murder' fanaticals who try to push their opinion on everyone else.

You could if the mother always chose to let the child in her womb live, but they don't always make that decision. So don't feel that you are pushing your views upon them, you are simply saying, "Live and let live".
