i am in sri lanka i want to call my friend in pakistan from my mobile i enter 0092 and his number but the messege is not delivering, is there any code which i should enter or can u tell me any site which i can get help about country codes.

for international services, 00... codes may not work. In that case use + prefix. So dial +92 instead of 0092
