Yes. Go to Tools > Internet Options then delete cookies, delete files and clear your history.

They definitely can.. If someone is intent on getting into your comp, there are a thousand ways to do it. And just clearing your internet history, and deleting all the cookies is not enough. Why do you think all the softwares which clear u'r internet usage data sell???
If you've got someone really determined to snoop on you, you better install a good firewall and hope that he is not one step ahead of the firewall designers... No firewall is perfect!!!

you can check the sites on the address bar thir is an arrow click on it and the imformation of the sites visited will be theirand the searches can be found where you commonly search during the time when you need information

They sure can. They only have to click on history at the top.You can stop this tho' by going to ur home page when ur thru' and click on tools,then internet options,click on delete files,and history

not unless your computer has been infected by a trojan or some such that allows people to access your machine. Or you have remote desktop up and running or a utility like vnc

yes if you are on a router system and you are not the administrator,, they can see all action done on the sites and can block them as well,,, if you dont have that and someones getting in,, you have the worst firewall and virus protection ever !!!!!!!
