wax it apply in direction of hair growth rip in opposite direction
i use nad's gel for my back and chest you dont have to heat it at all and it dissolves instantly in water apply i very thin layer
Its made from all natural ingredients and lasts longer than chemical creams
do not use chemical creams products, you may have a bad allergic reaction and if left on too long will cause permanent scarring.

there are lot of ways
you can shave which is painless but quick but only last a couple days
you can use creams like veet or nair which last about 5-9 days
or you can wax which is painful but will last about 2-3 weeks
there is also the lazer removeal thing but im sure that a little expensive

you can shave (but i don't recommend that), use depilatory creams (like veet), wax (ouch!) or if you have cash you can have it remove permanently...
i have hair on my arms too but i don't do anything to them...

waxing is by far the best way. You won't get stubble, and as you keep doing it, the regrowth becomes finer and finer.
