why would a work mate be caring of what i do no matter what it is? there is 13 yrs between us, she's older, and married, she says it matters to her what i do, but anyone else (at work), doesn't matter. is there something she's not telling me? what u think.

This is a hard one to answer. First is she bi or gay at all. I would want to know that before assuming that she is in to you. To me though age dosn't matter. She is show signes of really liking you.

Just because she wants to be assure of what you doing at work. And she's just trying to show the supportive, for me to treat the workmate as a friends, which is takes very alert from, you just know her from work, she's cares about your job or cares about your daily life, your personalities, or anything from yourself of background? You have to keep a little distance from of who they are if not recognized of both situation. People can be wear both or tri-masks that you never know... good luck!
