Rape is sexual intercourse without they other person's consent. It is illegal. It doesn't matter if you think a woman desires it. The fact is if she says no, it's illegal.

If you are talking about girls, it is Sexual Assault of a Minor and is illegal whether the girl desires it or not. There is no such thing as consentual sex with a minor child, whether girl or boy. (A terrible lesson learned too often by teenage boys arrested on felony charges for Sexual Assault of a Minor because they thought it was okay to have sex with their underage girlfriends just because the girlfriends consented.)

Rohibnol is a drug that negates the girls's desires so that the sex is not concentual even though it appears it is. In other words you can deny the girl her desires. It still makes what you did wrong the same as if I gave you a pain killer and then killed you. It would still be murder. This would still be rape.
