there is a matter of truth in this story.
When having sex the body consumes a large amount of vitamin a. If you have sex (or masturbate) regularly you can get a vitamin a shortage which in term can lead to temporal sight problems like blindness blurry vision, nightblindness etc. Easing up on it and eating vitamin a rich food will cure the problem
