well if u mean when produced by mitosis then each human cell has 23 pairs, if u mean homologus pairs then, in females its 23 and in males it 22 and 1 that isnt homologus...which is pretty obvious.
when produced by meiosis(eg a gamete) then there are only 23 chromosomes, (haploid no.)
The largest cell is the ovum(female sex cell).

In mitosis, its produces a pair of chromosomes with diploid number of chromosomes. In meosis, it produces 2 pairs of chromosomes with Haploid number of chromosomes. I think the largest cell is the Betz cell? or the egg cell? I think its the egg cell.

Ok, each person has, god, it's either 21 or 22. I'm going with 22 chromosomes, and the largest cell of all cells, is that the body?

Whoops! It's 23 :S
