I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.
There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

'simple' face products are good for sensitive skin as they don't irritate it and the great thing is that most chemists and supermarkets do their own much cheaper version than the brand SIMPLE so it can work out relatively cheap. If you are not using any products for you acne on your face, tea tree products are also good as they contain anti bacterial ingredient and again can be brought cheaply. Go for the natural products to save irritation but be aware that tea tree can dry out the skin. Glad your acne is clearing up now.

I am also allergic to it along with many other products on the market because I have extremely sensitive skin.
Why don't see if they do free samples on their web-site
http://www.simple.co.uk
I am not sure if they do but it is worth a try anyway then you could find out more about the products.

Hmm....well i think that it only works if you continusly use it and never forget over a long period of time. I used to use that but my gran gave me a tip.It was buy distilled witch hazel (its really cheap) and apply that to your face with cotton wool.Honestly it works a treat. Good luck x

the simple range make my face puff up. The ROC range from boots is the best, it isn;t cheap- but what good product is??
Also try sauna and steam baths to rid your pores of dirt and grime, they also work well.
