Because in order to "tune in" to your particular situation, they either have to use tarot cards, a crystal ball, or to read your palm. Or some other fortune telling device, at least I think.
I don't think they can read the minds of all the people in the world who are thinking about visiting them, and also come up with the time they'll be there, and if you actually will go through with it.
I think some psychics are for real, I think just sometimes it's not 100% clear to them, but they can still give you a good insights that can help you.
