Unless he is cryogenically preserved and is revived in the future, his whole entity will become extinct when he dies. Whether he is reincarnated or not, I cannot say. Nor can I say if he will come back as a ghost or a similar entity. Suffice it to say, these may contain his mind, but will not be the same body, which will probably decompose or be cremated. As I presume you are talking about the living chat show host, this will be his extinction.
