If it is following you then talk to someone who is in a paranormal group and see if they can help. There are things all around us at every moment sometimes we see them sometimes we do not. either way they are there. The best advice I have is if they are not hurting you learn to deal with it. It sounds like a stupid and mean comment however you can not protect youself constantly.I personally see/feel things not all the time but most of the time. I have seen many people who "vanish" my boyfriend sees them almost constantly. They havent hurt us and most of the time its just a glimpse. It can be nerve wrecking, just dont let it control your life.

I have seen similar things. Once inparticuler I was on the top floor of my works parking garage when out of the corner of my eye I saw a person squatting on top of a low lamp post.
When I looked there was no one there and I wondered how some one would have gotten up on a light post. But I was sure that I had in fact seen something.
It looked like a dark figure, male and may be in a trench coat.
It bothered me for a week or so because I was sure I had seen some thing.
I wonder if stuff like are real things that are normal eyes can't or wont see but when segued through peripheral vision they come into focus for a little bit.

OK there are three possibilities here:
1. You are hallucinating, this can have a number of different medical causes including simple stress and insomnia. You could go talk to your doctor.
2. You are being stalked by someone who hides when you turn round to look at him. If you think this is the case then you need to talk to the police.
3. You are seeing some sort of spiritual being. Do you feel threatened by him? If not he's probably not anything sinister but a guardian or guide of some sort.

Like Blah,Blah, blah said....they Might be "shadow people".
Just rule everything else out(ie: optical illusions, vision problems,etc...) If you only see them in certian areas and it is not following you everywhere you go try contacting a paranormal group(ghost hunters) near you and mabey set up an investigation of the area that you see them. Also research the history of the place for your self too

Your seeing what they call "shadow people". I don't know what they are either but I used to see like shadow animals. They talk about that quite a bit on a radio program called Coast to Coast Am. You can go the website and find more information on that. Just search Coast to Coast Am. I don't think your crazy because I have seen weird things like that too. You see it out of the corner of your eye but look that way and it's gone. I think it's "beings" in other dimensions.

I would not necessarily say you are crazy.
How often do you see this guy? If it only happens in certain places, it could just be an optical illusion created by lighting and shadows (this would be especially true if it also happens only at certain times).
Now, if you almost always see this guy - at all times and in many different places - it could just be time to get your eyes checked. It could be a hint of a vision problem, that could be very easily remedied.

First go to a good Optometrist and confirm your eyes do not have any foreign specks inside the vitreous portion (The liquid inside). If the problem persists, get help FAST!!

seems you're having stress problems... do you see him even in open spaces? where would he hide then? you just need to relax. remember, the subconcious should stay at the back and let your concious mind rule you, not the other way around...

Maybe he is your spirit guide. Before you go to sleep tonight ask the 'Universe' that if this person you have been seeing IS your guide that he make his presence known to you in a dream to confirm it.
