If you haven't already used hairspray on the stain, then I suggest you take it to a reputable dry cleaner. As a former manager of a dry cleaner, I can tell you they have all kinds of stain removers for a variety of stains. We used a great ink remover that almost always worked--unless it had been pretreated with hairspray. Hairspray tends to spread the stain around. As for toothpaste, it might very well bleach your shirt in that spot, as most toothpastes have some type of whitener in them. Usually for less than $5.00, you can take it and have the stain removed, and also cleaned and pressed. It's well worth it. However, if you have already tried a home remedy, even professional cleaners can't help. It doesn't matter how many times the shirt has been washed and/or dried though. Drying it in a dryer should not affect the ink removers used at a dry cleaner, only various home remedies like hairspray will prevent them from working. Make sure you point out the ink spot and ask your dry cleaner if they use spot removers. Most do. Good luck!

Try toothpaste, any kind of whitening type. It may be too late since you have already washed the shirt, but use this method when you first notice the ink marks. Put the tooth pate on and rub in in and let it sit for a while, then wash the shirt.

for my section….there are diverse issues you need to use to do away with ball pen ink like making use of rubbing alcohol, nail polish remover, shaving cream, shampoo, dip a cotton ball in nail polish remover and rub it on the stain floor. Then word the shaving cream on the stain and pass away it for quarter-hour. After a on an identical time as spray ¼ vinegar answer on the leather-based and sparkling with a mushy textile...try this sturdy success..

Try spraying the stain with aerosol hair spray then lightly scrub the stain lose with an old toothbrush, wash shirt after that to see if it worked. I can't guarantee this method however, it worked for me.

Hopefully, it's not permanent marker. I use Acetone or nail polish remover. Until the stains are gone or diminished, do not put the shirt in the dryer, as this will set in the stains.

Try soaking the stain in dishsoap with a little water. You will have to change and rinse the fabric often, but after a few soakings it will break down very nicely
