well i'm 23 and i have concerns! sure i don't really care what people think about me, or if i act like a dork that i will be made fun of, or that i wear my pj's to the grocery store....but i do care if i can pay the bills, how good of a mother i'll be if i ever become one, am i happy at my job, am i with the right guy, etc. so i think your sister is bs-ing or she has lost her love of living and i'd in that case be concerned for her well being. so no, i'm a female and 23 i love life and i do care what happens in my life!

That is the crazyest thing I've heard all day ! Your sister is messing with your head .
I come to this conclusion because I've been every age all the way up to 52 and I also have known many others ,and don't know anyone who didn't care about anything anymore .

It's nonsense. But it might be true for your sister.. I would see it as a signal from her to you that she does feel far from well mentally. Try to talk with her and help her with whatever her problems are. Don't ignore her remark.

wow ! she must be the youngest person having experienced everything in this universe ! O.k, i guess you can understand, that as long as we live, we learn(ancient say).one would be 83 and still wouldn't have seen many many many many things.my piece of advice : enjoy life while you have it and try to make the best out of it !
