These companies offer FREE Versions of their Anti-Virus. I would recommend that you download AntiVir Personal Classic. It updates trice daily (the others update about once daily) and it is the BEST (although it is not very popular) out of these 4 at detecting and removing viruses. It also has Real-Time Protection.

I would just go to http://www.grisoft.com and download their free version of their anti-virus, i've been using it for a while and it works great!
