It's Georgia Tech over Cumberland, 222-0, where Tech coach John Heisman (yeah, they guy the Trophy's named after) ran up the score because Cumberland had beaten Georgia Tech in baseball the prior summer. They called the game in the third quarter.
The date of the game was October 7, 1916. Needless to say, Cumberland and Georgia Tech never played again.

My Dad told me once that one college team served up another college team with a game that had NO first downs in it. Every time the losers got the ball, they got gutsy and tried to run it downfield, and got it stolen from them, and the other team scored on them in the same play. The game only lasted 3 quarters. I believe the score was above 150-0.

The University of Southern Mississippi clobbered Nebraska a couple of years ago 77-0. I don't know if that is any record other than the worst whipping Nebraska ever got.

Penn State once scored 70 points against someone, but I don't know if that's the highest.
