3. Find an investment banker and set aside a large amount of the money
4.Rent a Jet fly to Brazil
5. Hire a delivery service to disperse the checks to various friends and family.
6. party in Brazil for 3 months
7. sneak into Cuba buy load of cigars and rum
8. Change my residency to Canada
9. If I get 10 pts for this question $5 million of the billion deposited into your account

-Buy my mom a house close to where I live
-Buy my dad the best Cigarette boat there was
-Buy my brother a tricked out pick-up truck

I would donate half of it to the poor. Keep 100million for bank interest. Give away the 400 million to a needy cause like breast cancer, aids prevention, and anti corruption units.
