There won't be any permanent solution to diminish wrinkles but there are several temporary ones.

There's chemical peels, such as AHA peels (glycolic acid, lactic acid), TCA (think the Obagi peel) and phenol peels, which is the strongest and causes more layers of the epidermis to shed. There's also laser resurfacing and of course, temporary fillers like botox, restylane, collagen, etc. ^These last a few months.

If you don't want to spend too much on these procedures, as they require a specialist to do them, daily use of a retinol product will help wrinkles more than any other "anti-wrinkle" ingredient I've seen so far.

The thing is, with everything mentioned above (except for fillers) the skin becomes very sensitive to the sun so wearing a quality sunscreen or sunblock daily would be important ... and it would be recommended (but it's recommended anyway though). If you think of it, unprotected sun exposure = wrinkles; after you get a procedure to help out with the wrinkles or after using a sun-sensitizing daily product (like retinol), the skin becomes more sensitive to the sun and if you just go out and let your skin fry, you'll end up with even more terrible wrinkles (more photodamage) ...so try to take sunscreen/sunblock from now on into consideration.

A Vitamin C serum would be good too. You have to get ones with L-Ascorbic Acid. If a product contains some other form of Vitamin C, forget it. Vitamin C helps stimulate collagen production and protects skin from further free radical damage (due to the environment). These do not have a significant shelf-life though and can be pricey! Vivant SpinTrap is good and in general, the Obagi Skin Care line is good.

Drugstore brands hardly do a thing. In my opinion, they're a waste of cash.

me too....guilty as charged...i smoke and use tanning beds...but my skin is gorgeous....before tanning in bathe....scrub my body very well....then i apply Grapeseed oil/olive oil all over my intire body...anout 30 before tanning...then cover chest and face with SPF 30/45...don't want spots...after tanning I have a mixture i use..
equal amounts of:

Vitamin E(liquid form)
olive oil
grapeseed oil
Royal Jelly
honey
....mix together...wet face with warm water...do not pat dry....rub mixture into skin...massage into for about 3 min...this will help all the oils get deep into the skin...leaving it supple..amd glowing. and helps relieve any burning or dryness from tanning...
Use those oils with brown sugar for the best body scrub you'll ever find...you will not stop touching your skin...i promise....
