If you are a student in Tanzania, you will learn English in your secondary school. It may not be enough to know it fluently, but if you use English with your classmates (and teachers) or in letters overseas then you will learn it well. English is a difficult language, but if you try to study hard then you will succeed. I wish you good luck!

Ukiitaka utaipata. Jaribu, jaribu, jaribu.
Good luck.

Here is the way your question should have been written:

I am a Tanzanian girl. How can I learn to speak English well?
Can I learn through asking questions? I wish to learn how to speak and write, but I have problems with the tenses and creating sentences.

(Niliibadilisha kidogo lakini inasema uliotaka kusema nafikiri.)

A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of online courses which teach written and spoken English. You can also improve your English by watching television programs and reading English newspapers. For more information, visit http://tinyurl.com/qnzpt
