Yes, it will. Smoking regularly means you are constantly reducing the amount of available oxygen in your body/brain.
Increase oxygen levels, increase thinking ability and physical health.

It all depends on your own attitude to what you are doing.
The word quit implies you are giving up something of value. If you use the word stop instead of quit. We all know the dangers of smoking and so therefore you are not "giving up" anything of value.
Yes you will feel better after a few months, your food will taste better, watch out for this, as you will probably eat more. Just dont turn into an anti smoking freak, most people who stop smoking do, its the ones who have never smoked who are more tolerant. You will not die by stopping smoking, and yes it can be difficult, but stick with it, thousands before you have done it and thousands after you will do it.

Yes definitley - I gave up smoking 4 months ago (after 25 years) . It was hard at first, its like breaking up with a lover but you soon get over it. Now I feel calmer and less anxious and I find that I am more chatty and clear thinking. I still have the odd craving but that goes after a couple of minutes. If you keep fit and don't eat too much you will feel even better. Be warned it is easy too put on weight as you metabolism slows down when you give up so even if you don't eat more you will put on weight anyway - so eat healthy and don't be tempted to binge on biscuits etc.
By the way I used inhalators to quit (Nicorette) very good if you need something to do with hands and is a bit like a cigarette.

You will feel much better -
After a while all the smokers will look like they are sucking on pacifiers.
You may even come to a place where you don't even think of lighting up any more.
I quit cold turkey at 11:45 pm News Years Eve 2002 and was totally ready to put them down.
If you are determined enough you can do it to.

No man not at all
if qutiiing smoking would have improved thinking
great people would never have reached their positons bcause most of them were smokers
no need to quit it
only if u have been bored by pursuing this habbit and want a change in the life habbits then u may quit it
one thing is sure most of the smokers releive their pain and anger just by puffing a cig and not by hurting others and in most cases people do
but one thing never smoke too much
because everything is good upto a limit
even goodness is good upto a limit

YES!!! For a multitude of reasons. Your blood pressure will also come down, your body will be able to use the oxygen better, and you will not have a bunch of toxin build up.
The first week will not feel good at all. Also, be careful that you don't start over eating, nicotine is an appetite suppressant.

smoking improves your short term memory -- if you quit you breathe better and your skin generally improves. i know people that got big as a house though and that would probably kill any general sense of well being.

Yes it will, although your lung capacity won't be baqck to any sense of normality for a good 10 years, but you will live longer, and your sense of taste will come back almost immediately
Well done you

yes definitely. I stopped nearly two years ago and I'm pleased with the difference in my 'well-being'. There's no more sitting about thinking 'I'll do it after this ***' and then never getting round to it. Good luck - it's easy when you decide to do it.
