had experience so many times a very rude singaporeans giving bad svrs but received priased from some singaporeans thinking that rude svrs means good food.instead singaporeans traveling abroad always complains that they don't get good service in return.why?

for the record, i do not think bad service means good food.

i expect good service (esp from food industry) because it forms part of the dining or shopping experience.

i think we do not give good services because our people are not trained properly. in addition, somehow we simply have a 'hack care' attitude. when compared that to overseas shopping where you are treated like a king or queen, wouldnt you complain?

robinsons does a pretty good job though.

I'll believed that a human being behaviour and attitude are born to be and related to his character. It cannot be trained or learnt, perhaps only certain percentage. Thus, if you lucky, you can meet nice people around, not only here, any part of the world.
