There is blue ballpoint pen marks on the flat screen of this computer and i licked my finger and tried to rub it off but it smudged! WAT DO I DO PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!

Use rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab, use circular motions.
Then use a microfiber cloth like the ones used to clean glasses and in a top to bottom motion clear the screen of any dirt or dust left behind.

You can'T Do Anything!!!!! Sorry. It called Dead Pixel!. You can not get rid of it. if you purchased monitor not a while ago you'll be able to replace it.
