Lets start with you;
My teachers are dumb. They don't know how to write recommendation letters. How do I get good letters from them?

Maybe if you learn how to write they will also.

Write it yourself and take it to them and ask them if this self-written letter is accurate. Ask them if they would mind editing it to make it more personal from them. Then you two get together and decide if the letter the teacher is willing to sign is a letter that you are happy with. The author of the letter is not as important as the truthful endorsement of the letter by the teacher.

The teachers are either busy preparing lessons for their current students or maybe they just don't think your work is worthy of spending three hours writing a perfect letter for you. After all their job with you was already done. Right?

Well, if your teacher's are writing differently from you then it is quite possible that their writing writing is accurate. Your spelling and grammar is horrible. You will need more than a recommendation letter for a scholarship if you turn in your essays with the same poor spelling etc as you wrote in this posting. I mean seriously how hard would it have been to hit the "check spelling" feature they have for you.

Judging from the spelling and grammar in your note, you don't know how to write either.

Try to cultivate some respect for people, especially if they have helped you as your teachers undoubtedly have. Your opinion, "you are dumb and you're not doing this right but I need you," is probably shining through. Maybe they will write better letters if you are nicer to them.

Write them yourself and then just ask them to sign them.
That is what I did to get into school.
