that was american music award, when Mariah performed her num 1 song dont 4get about us...
pipol say she sounded bad on her first lines and it was pitchy, she seems so uncomfortable...
and that she was having hard time reaching med hi notes.. and the worst thing they said she recorded the last part of the chorus and thaqt she was just miming...
im a mariah fan & i believe she didnt record her voice, and that the first part was just part of her style.. i admit at first that was pitchy burt she was able to get through it and ended with a boom!!!
she was hot too at that nyt.. although many said her gown was not good to look at. who cares? i just nid your opinion if " YOU HAPPENED TO WATCH"..thanks..

I Did See That Performance ,I Don't Think She Lip Synced At All
I Do Know When She Records She Also Does Like 90% Of Her Own Back Up Vocals So If It Looks Like She's Lip Syncing Most Likely You're Hearing A Back Track Of The Song. Also In That Performance She Hit 1 High Note & A Pretty Long Hang At The Very End Of The Song That Was Definately Live.

Your primary job is to find out what the Member wants. Give the Member your undivided attention, and listen attentively without interrupting them until they finish describing their issue(s).
Once the Member has completed describing their issue(s), summarize their issue(s) making sure you understand the problem.
Proceed with sensitivity toward the Member's situation when supplying requested information to the Member, fixing the equipment, billing issue(s) or whatever is required to solve the problem. Do whatever has to be done to provide excellent Member service and complete the transaction within the Scope of Support (DSL). It is very important to do all of this with the Member in mind.
Take ownership of the case and help the Member feel at ease and confident that you are moving forward to resolve the issue.
In some cases, you cannot give the Member what they want even though you would like to help. You may not have the information, training, authority, or resources it would take. In this event, inform the Member that you will escalate the case to get their issue(s) resolved if it is within the Scope of Support (DSL). It is essential to take the time to demonstrate patience, understanding, and respect. The Member will be more inclined to appreciate your best effort to help them instead of feeling like they are dealing with incompetence.
