No,
It is not true.
Despite the persistent rumors, available documentation indicates that Walt Disney was in fact cremated. Although Disney's preferences regarding the disposal of his body are not public record (instructions or provisions for his funeral and burial were not included in his will), other publicly-available material is entirely consistent with the claim that he was cremated:
Walt Disney publicly stated -- ten years before his death -- that he wished not to have a funeral.
Disney family members have confirmed that cremation was Walt's wish.
Disney's death certificate shows that he was cremated two days after his death. (The name, license number, and signature of the enbalmer appearing on the death certificate are those of a real enbalmer who was employed at the Forest Lawn mortuary at the time.)
A marked burial plot, for Walt Disney (and his son-in-law) can be found at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale (the logical resting grounds for someone whose cremation was handled by Forest Lawn's mortuary), and court papers indicate that the Disney estate paid $40,000 to Forest Lawn for interment property.

Though "Song of the South," released in 1946, has been praised in subsequent years, it wasn't warmly received by critics when it opened. It was also accused of being racist

Walt Disney was once racist and refused to hire african-americans and handicapped people. But because of tremendous sales drops and pressure from the public, he eventualy overcame it to become one of the most successful people in the world. He created the worlds first animated picture, snow white. When he died of natural causes - no he did not want to freeze his head and he didn't anyway - his brother Roy E. Disney took over the Walt Disney company and it has been even more successful cause Roy never was racist and the company has produced many hits example: High School Musical, Pirates of the Caribbean and it also expanded to Disney Pixar - Toy Story, Finding Nemo...
But no he didn't freeze his head...lol... =P

Disney's involvement in Disney World ended in late 1966; after many years of chain-smoking, he was diagnosed with cancer in his left lung. He was checked into the St. Joseph's Hospital across the street from the Disney Studio lot and his health began to deteriorate, causing him to suffer cardiac arrest.
Walter Elias Disney died on December 15, 1966, ten days after his 65th birthday. He was cremated on December 17, 1966 at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, California.
Walt's brother Roy O. Disney died just three months after the Magic Kingdom opened for business in 1971.
There has been a long-standing urban legend that after his death, Disney was cryogenically frozen so he may be revived at a later date. However, this has been refuted on numerous occasions. In fact, Disney was cremated, and his ashes were interred at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Los Angeles, CA.
Don't know about the racist part, it hardly matters now that he's dead.

It is rumoured that he was cryogenically frozen (all of him) but he isn't, he is buried somewhere, six feet under.
He wasn't racist however, at elast not more than what people were in his day anyway, seeing as he lived in a time when people had different views about such things.
