I have been wondering the very same thing myself: I think it all comes down to jealously on the part of the FBI,because Dog the bounty hunter got to,and captured Andrew Luster ,before they did:
Chapman was doing the right thing, going after an evil horrible man who had harmed a lot of women: Left to his own devices in Mexico there is no doubt that Luster would of returned to his old habits of molesting women this time in Mexico:
If a Mexican citizen commits crimes in Mexico, and they come take him back to Mexico, how is that any different than what Dog Chapman was doing: The crimes that Luster was guilty of were committed in the USA,and he should stand trial in the USA,he skipped out on his bond, and the Chapman's were just doing what they do best, taking the garbage off of the streets: Our US government should tell Mexico go flog yourselves,Chapman, and his crew are remaining in the USA under US protection from prosecution:

That is a good point. It is a shame that he is one of the good guys and being treated this way. One thing to do when you don't agree with another country's treatment of some one is divest. Main Entry: di·vest
Pronunciation: dI-'vest, d&-
Function: transitive verb
Etymology: alteration of devest
1 a : to deprive or dispossess especially of property, authority, or title b : to undress or strip especially of clothing, ornament, or equipment c : RID, FREE
2 : to take away from a person
- di·vest·ment /-'ves(t)-m&nt/ noun This basically means don't buy anything made in that country. They might not want to listen now ,but when their exports to the U.S. start to decline maybe they will take a closer look at how they treat people. Peace.

Good point. The united States was happier than a pig in sh!t when he brought that convicted rapist home, but now we're turning him in for the "crime" he commited in doing so? And now I've got to wonder about the timing of Mexico's cooperation in handing over key drug smugglers to the U.S.

Hey, don't worry about the Dog. He can take care of himself. Besides when he gets Mexico squared away, he and Beth can have their honeymoon there.

I agree, our gov. should defend our citizens against hypocritical foreign policy. we can't go to mexico to get our criminals but they can come here. WRONG.

The two governments are friends and thieves. They don't care about Dog, cat, you, me, anything or anyone except themselves.
They thinks it's funny that you put your trust in them as they rob you.
