That Al Gore and everyone else involved that Mandated the EPA-OBD II Law would explain to Me why it's illegal for any Vehicle in the USA from 1996 to the present to Emit too little Polluting Exhaust Emissions.All such Vehicles, like Yours, are required to run at 14.7 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel.No Exceptions. Really ! Under this Insane Law, it is entirely possible to Fail a Vehicle Inspection for not Emitting enough Polluting Exhaust Emissions ! If Operated, a "Non-Compliant" Vehicle can be Impounded, and the Driver Incarcerated ! I tried to find out at http://www.climatecrisis.net No Reply ! Why, Al, Why,[NOT!] ? My Point is this; See My Avatar ? It's a Photo of a Device I've Constructed that safely converts Regular Pump Gasoline into what is for all intents and purposes, Propane . 100 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel. With Low Pressure Air going in, and the Outlet Line that would normally supply Vapor Fuel to the Engine Disconnected , the Vapor is Ignited. That's the Visible Flame in the Avatar Photo. Flick Your Bic Lighter, and look at the Color Pattern of the Flame. This is Proof Positive that Gasoline,Butane, Propane,and Natural Gas are all the same, on a Molecular Level . Only the Dispersal is Altered. Perfected, Vaporized Gasoline has the Potential to enable even the Largest SUV to get 50 + MPG, and Emit 10 Times less Polluting Exhaust Emissions. And it's illegal to even attempt to do so with any OBD II Vehicle in the USA 10 Years Old, or Newer ! Again, My "ONE WISH"; Why ? Want more Proof ? My ONE WISH would be for my dad to be alive again. I would like for him to be alive again because he was taken away at such a young age. I would wish that for my mom so she wouldn't be lonely, for my daughters so they can get to know their grandfather (they never met him), and, selfishly, for me so that I may personally tell him that he was a great father and that I am sorry for my early teenage years when I wouldn't give him the time of day.

Things happen for a reason... Sad to admit, but this is one wish that I know could never happen.
