Well, dustin, it is cyclical so it can never be completely replaced by a new set of officials! Look at the American election system - in the forthcoming November elections for instance, how many incumbent political potatoes - some already rotting - will be replaced?

In the US, it is about 5-10 years. Most government employees are babyboomers on the verge of retirement. However, this generation will keep political power for at least the next 25 years, so younger people the run the government will still look for the political support from this generation.
Old white homeowners are the most likely to vote in every elections and young minority renters are the least likely to register or vote. So things won't change much politically in the future unless this trend changes.

It doesn't matter because each generation has its own mini-me-political-scum to take over for them.
The only thing that can help America is to get all Christianity out of every public and government arena, as out Founding Fathers intended, and I quote,
"As the government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian Religion"

Conservative Christians are the real terrorists that we need to defeat. They are also traitors because they oppose the government as created by our founders and as outlined in the US Constitution - which does not mention God, Jesus, or Christianity - not once, at all. They excluded the Christian God intentionally, because they knew it would eventually destroy America.

Most government bureaucrats and the entire democrap party are sixties hippies who asked the same question. Throw them out of office so in forty years someone can ask the same question about you.

"When the people fear the government there is tyranny, when the government fears the people there is liberty."- Founding fathers
It will not end until the government fears us.
