This depends on the age of your nephew. Does he have any favorite cartoon characters or TV characters? Is he old enough to name the bear? You might ask him to name the bear if he is old enough to do that. I personally have a nephew that I believe hung the moon. He is now an adult that is 6' 4" tall. He is still one of my favorite people. Make sure you spoil your nephew rotten! That is your duty as an aunt or uncle.
