Thankfully, I work from home now... but I used to have fun with signs.
I replaced the HR director's 'Do not Disturb' sign with one that said 'Please Disturb'... ironically, fewer people interrupted her!
I also hung a sign on the windows to the IT guys' office saying 'please don't feed the geeks'... they got a kick out of it.
Another favorite was when I saw someone coming to my desk to ask a question, I would stand up and take off running across the office, hiding behind cubicles, etc... just for fun. This always got a laugh out of them, which is great since if they were coming to me, chances are they were having a bad day.
I was also famous for hurling paperclips at smart as.ses.

i do pranks @ work almost everyday but most esp on april fool's day..
like 2 yrs back, i called my boss on his mobile (he was stil out of d office) & i told him i wont b able 2 come 2 work.. he asked y. i said i was taken 2d hosp last nyt coz i slipped in d bath tub & hit my head... he was abt 2 go directly 2d hosp 2 check on me & den i said i was just kidding..
he said he'll kill me! haha.. dat was a very gud laugh
den last yr, i told 1 of my colleagues dat i heard fr d news dat his place in salmiya was on fire.. he turned pale & was abt 2 leave d office & den i said "gotcha april fool's",,, he started running after me...
im so mean!
