Like turn you into a frog.
Call satan up to grab you.

Not really! The original name for witch was the saxon "Wycka" meaning "wise woman" - usually older women with a knowledge of herbal remedies, assisting with minor ailments and childbirth - almost any small village still has one today though she is no longer called a witch. The Church persecuted them as evil and then fairy stories wrinkled their faces and gave them bad characters.
Some women today call themselves "white witches" to separate themselves from the church-inflicted bad reputation.

The confusion comes because there is psychological evidence to show that if a person thinks they are guilty of something and a person the community fears or respects (witch or priest) and condemns them then their own psychology will damage them.
SO: in that case see a reputable psychologist and remember true Christianity is about being forgiven and trying again. But if you have a helpful wise-woman locally (a witch!) then she can be a very good friend in times of need.
