Because computers and the internet are cheap these days. Idiots use the internet now. Sadly this is just how things are. Intelligent people are hard to find on the net.
With all the information on here you'd think that the majority of internet users would have learned something, but thanks to the copy & paste functions, they are still so incredibly uneducated.
