I've heard that Planned Parenthood is cheap and usually affordable, but what about someone who has absolutely no funding, no insurance and can't get state aid quite yet? Are there known and respectable clinics that help young woman with no insurance for little or no cost?

Well not really free clinics, there are places like planned parenthood that have what is called a sliding fee scale. This goes by your income, which is kind of silly because you dont have to have any proof of what you make. They may just charge like 10-20 dollars for pg tests and exam.

I'm not sure about the planned parenthood. Maybe you could give them a call and ask. But, to the moron who said something about the illegal mexicans, healthcare is way cheaper there than it is here. If you want to fight immigration, go to that forum, not pregnancy. Get a Life!!!

I don't know in your area, you should check the phone book. I know there is a sliding fee clinic and this would help you for check ups because they base the payment by your income! Good luck

If you are that poor you can contact your local health department. They will give you pre-natal care and sign you up for free milk and vitamins.

Of course there, why do you think all the illegal Mexicans sneak like rats across our borders? They come for the "free" healthcare services.
