You dont have to spell so dont worry what others say what you are describing is what we call a show in the uk this is were the mucus that as been at the entrance to your womb (this helps revent any infections from getting in while you are pregnant) this comes away when you are ready to go in to labour but dont worry just yet this can still be in a few days time so just relax and enjoy the time you have before your baby comes congratulations and good luck

I would say it was the show I would not worry about this as you can still go on quiet safe for a bit before the baby will come or it could be it has started that is what the pains in the back. If the pains was just first thing in the morning and you got no more I would say every thing is fine you have had your show.

to the above white mucous does not mean you about to deliver. it can simply mean that your cervix is effacing and dialating. as your cervix fully effaces and dialates more and more you will begin to get bloody mucous and blood, and this is because the capillaries are breaking in there. anywho, if you were in a lot of back pain and still are you should call your doctor and ask to be evaluated at the hospital. there they will either put you on a stress test or monitor to see if you are having notable contractions. Do take the back pain seriously. with my first i had very slight back pain, and later that day i thought my waters had broken so i went to the hospital. only to find out that i was IN labor with contractions that were registering off the chart every 4 minutes.and delivered about 2 hours later. so as i said if your back is still hurting, call your doc or go to the hospital straight away.

It sounds like a show but it doesnt always mean you are about to give birth, You can have a show up to a week or so before you give birth, I had a show with my 3rd child 3days before I went into labour properly. I suggest you ring the midwife or hospital for some advice they will answer all your questions and tell you what to do next. Good luck and Congratulations!!

Wrong calculation of your gestation period.
white muscus means that you are about to deliver.

You probably lost your mucous plug (kind of what plugs up the amniotic sac- like in a bathtub) and your body's getting ready for labor.
Don't worry- it's normal. Go see a doctor.
