depends on where in NC you are going. Im in charlotte. Its nice cause this time of year is nice to go to the beach which is like 4 hours away and still kinda warm right now, or the mountains like Boone or Blowing Rock which is cooler since its higher elevations. If you just wanna kick it in charlotte (if thats where your going) theres some cools clubs downtown. go to the breakfast club. its an 80s dance club. definitly brings you back! if thats not your thing then theres some cool up to date clubs as well. a lot of late night diners for when your trying to get rid of a hangover or prevent one after a long night of drinking. hope this helps!! :)

i think you meant North carolina? if so you can go to white lake and go swimming it is still hot there but maybe go on the website go to NorthCarolinachamberofcomence.com that may help.
